I'm so proud to be an American Cheerleader !

Alyssa, Grace, Sabryn, Desiree and Myself
People who know me, know that I always dreamed about being a real Cheerleader. I'm so happy to have this chance here. I'm living my dreams ( not just with Cheerleading, but with many things ). It's so much fun with my Team. I already love them all so much.
Because it's the winter season, I'm not a Football Cheerleader, I am a Basketball Cheerleader. Actually I like it more to watch a Basketball Game instead of a Football Game, so I'm pretty happy that it is how it is.
From both teams together I am the only one who is 100% white and I love it.
By the way I guess in my school are half of the people black or at least have dark skin. I love to be able to have an experience like that. In my german school there are maybe 2 people black and all the others are white.
(I am NOT a racist, I really like black people!)

So back to the topic. Cheerleading is so much fun and even if I was struggling a little at the beginning, I never regretted  it being in the squad.

For all the girls who are interested in Cheerleading, being in a High School Cheerleading team is different than we know it from the TV. But anyways it's a lot of fun.

My coach kicked a girl out of my team, because she got in a fight. Cheerleader have to be an example how people should be, so Cheerleader are not allowed to do something against the rules!

Every week there are prices to give to people from the team. The person who showed the most spirit this certain week, the person gets the spirit stick. It is not allowed to touch the ground. If it touches the ground, you get bad luck.
Than the person who smiled the most this certain week, gets an Cheeseburger ( I'm not exactly sure, but I think it's a cheeseburger, because if you take a picture, you say: "Cheese".) I got the Cheeseburger the first week. It made me really proud.

Rhode Island & Boston & Seether and Papa Roach Concert

So my last weekend was pretty long. Since it was the last school day of the first semester last Wednesday. So my weekend was from Thursday to Monday and that was awesome!! At Thursday we drove from Middletown to Middletown. Which sounds pretty funny I guess. So we drove from Middletown, Delaware to Middletown, Rhode Island. My older host sister Marina lives there, so we drove there about 6 hours to visit her. We stayed there in a Hotel with a really great pool.

On Friday we met Marina's boyfriend Kyle and went Cliff Walking. Under "Cliffs" I imagine something else, but it was really pretty.

They tried to copy the french bridge where they put all these locks, so they're love will stay forever.

It was freaking cold, so I look like and idiot, but there I am.

I tried to take a picture of this bridge, because I thought it looks pretty awesome. But Mike always walked in my picture.

At Saturday we were just chilling  at the hotel.
On Sunday we went to BOSTON. That's, by the way, my favorite American City now. It's so pretty and I can't wait to go there again! We had tickets to a little bus that drove us to different places where you can find out more about Boston.

First we went to this ship (uss constitution). It was pretty awesome. I felt like in a movie.

View from the ship.

Okay so what I thought was pretty cool is the freedom trail. It goes through the whole City and is marked on  the floor with bricks. It connects about 16 historical sites and is around 3 miles long.

This bridge is so pretty ( not specially on this picture but the weather didn't play good game with my passion of photography ). It's either Bunker Hill Memorial Bridge or Zakim Bridge called.

Freedom Trail again. I really liked it on this street.

This street is downtown and we were a little shopping ( I bought a Boston t-shirt and post cards )

These cookies were so amazing. They were fresh baken.

And I really liked this phone because it looks so old school.
These glass things are actually a little trail where you can walk in. In every glass thing there comes steam out of the floor.

These are the numbers from the people in the concentration camp (KZ).

That was my lunch. It's a Pizza Margherita. In Germany this Pizza looks different. It's just tomato sauce with cheese. In America it's tomato slices, I think 3, but I'm not exactly sure, different kinds of cheese and Basil.
It was really good!

Me, Marina, Saige and Ash in front of the uss constitution

We were waiting for the Bus to bring us back to the car and suddenly there was a squirrel right next to us on fence. It wasn't shy at all! In Germany you're lucky if you see a squirrel on a tree, because they are really shy and you won't see them so close.
We feted it with cookies and when I gave it to it, it was holding my hand with it's little craws. It was sooooo cute!!

When we were walking to the concert, it was already dark. I love walking in a City in the night. It was sooo pretty!

We went to a Seether and Papa Roach concert. I really liked both of them, but Papa Roach had an amazing show and it was so much fun. At the Seether concert we were standing kind of in the middle of the area, but at the Papa Roach concert we were standing about in the 3rd line, so we were really close to the band. It was soooo much fun!! If you'll haver ever the chance to go to a Rock concert, go !! Otherwise you will miss a lot of fun.

This was such an amazing weekend and it was so great to meet my host sister Marina again. I really miss her back here in Delaware.
Thank you to my host family that you guys took me to such an amazing trip !!

I can't wait to explore more of America !
